Employees are able to set their own regular days or number of hours per week. Employees typically do not work more than 40 hours per week.

Hours of Employment:
Days 8:30 am -5:00 pm Monday-Friday
Nights 5:00 pm -8:30 am Monday-Friday
Weekends: any time between 5:00 pm Friday -8:30 am Monday

Hiring Rate:
Hiring rate: $13 per hour

Hiring bonus of $500 after 30 shifts worked.

Company paid phone after 6 months employment.

Aflac and Liberty Life Company paid supplemental insurance after 6 months.

Mileage reimbursement at .41 per mile.

Weekly direct deposit pay. Pay week ends Tuesday at 5 pm and direct deposit, for that week, is issued on Wednesday. Most employees receive their direct deposit on Thursday.

Requirements for employment:

You must be able to pass a Michigan State police background check.

You must be eligible to work in the United States. Gingerly Clean reports all new hires to the state of Michigan.

Gingerly Clean employees must have a valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle and auto insurance coverage.
